Projects and History

Registered as a UK based charity in 2010, Zambian Gems Foundation (ZGF) is a non-religious and non-political organisation. It provides education for socio economic justice. ZGF maximises its impact through partnership with local governments and organisations for selected projects in developing communities around the globe.

Some of our completed projects include:
– Construction and support of Blessed Vale School in Chibolya Zambia.
– Construction of a new St Cecilia Orphanage for over 40 orphans in Mapepe Zambia.
– Established a farm, Construction of accommodation plus storage space, Equipped  with irrigation equipment aimed to  supplement food supply and source of income for the St Cecilia orphanage.
– Support of secondary school education for orphanage students.
– Financial support to over 27 students from different parts of Zambia to study at colleges and universities.
– Construction of Stepping Stone School in Mumbwa offering education for special need children.
– Supporting De Santo centre for deaf children in Livingstone Zambia
– Construction of  HIV help and training centre in Cross Road, Cape Town, South Africa.
– Supply of a large quantity of sport equipment to Zambia.
– Construction of an Intensive Care Unit in Banjul, The Gambia.
– Since late 2021 Zambian Gems  in partnership with local partners engaged with girls education in Afghanistan.
– “Care Skill” program, Produced by Zambian Gems Foundation, A basic health care training and certification from a reputable United Kingdom certifying authority.
– “Young Entrepreneur Scheme” Produced by Zambian Gems Foundation offering basic knowledge and requirements for a successful business, Translated in 4 languages and available for global use.
